Returns & Exchanges Window

Unused, unwashed, and undamaged items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Original packaging must be intact.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at tumblerpk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We’ll provide a return address and instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship the replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) will be processed via bank transfer.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or personalized items.
  • Sale items are final unless defective.

Defective/Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at tumblerpk@gmail.com, and we’ll cover return shipping for a replacement/refund.
